Rossio, la ragazza della reception si e' subito impegnata a trovare la miglior soluzione nel hotel accanto Fairfield e ci ha accompagnato di persona ... sopratutto un Grazie va al manager JOEY che il giorno dopo si è preso cura di noi in modo accurato ...per il disguido ci ha offerto dei bonus da spendere da BEATRIX per la collazione... hotel pulito, uno staff straordinario e una posizione...

“Everything was nice but the view from my room: when you chose to upgrade to a high tower room you need to understand that you might get a room in the back of the building with a view on the back alley: definitely not worthy to pay more for that, considering the rooms have the same size. City view doesn’t mean on Michigan Ave, those rooms should be cheaper.”
